Payment Policy

At Eagmark Agri-Hub, we offer our customers multiple payment options to choose from. These payment options are safe, secure, and reliable. The payment methods we offer include:

  1. Debit/Credit Card: We accept payment through Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
  2. Bank Transfer: Customers can transfer payment directly to our bank account. Details of our bank account will be provided upon checkout.
  3. Mobile Money: We accept payment through M-PESA mobile money platform.
  4. Cash on Delivery (COD): Customers can pay for their orders upon delivery of the products.

Once payment has been confirmed, customers will receive an email confirming their payment and order details.

General Refund Policy for Physical Products and Services

We strive to ensure that all our customers are satisfied with the products and services we offer. However, in the event that a customer is not satisfied with their order, we have a refund policy in place.

  1. Return of Products: Given the perishability of our products, customers can return products within the same day of purchase if the products are found to be defective or not as described on our website. The customer will be refunded the full amount paid for the product, including shipping costs.
  2. Cancellation of Services: If a customer cancels a service, [in this case course(s)] before the service has been rendered, the customer will be refunded the full amount paid for the service.
  3. After a 3-day period you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first two days after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.
  4. Processing of Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days after the customer’s request for a refund has been received and approved. Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the purchase.
  5. Contacting Us: Customers can contact us at any time to request a refund or for any questions regarding our refund policy. Our customer support team is available to assist customers with their concerns.

After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.
