scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data, or circumvent token costs, subscription limits, or usage quotas;

resell, republish, or share unlocked farmer-group contacts or exported directory lists outside your organization, or send bulk unsolicited messages — in breach of the Data Use Terms;

reverse engineer the platform software, or attempt to access other users' accounts, organizations' data, or systems you are not authorized to;

submit false or misleading directory, marketplace, or community content, or generate a Credit Passport for anyone but yourself; or

misuse the AI tools with non-agricultural or harmful content, or misuse a verification API key.

3. Disclaimer

The platform and its AI outputs, directory data, and market intelligence are provided "as is" for informational purposes and do not replace professional agricultural, veterinary, financial, or laboratory advice. Eagmark makes no warranty as to accuracy or reliability and is not liable for losses resulting from decisions made on the basis of platform content. Directory data reflects the verification date shown.
