
GUANGZHOU, China — The Asia Coffee Shop Supply Chain Exhibition 2027 will be held from March 4 to 6, 2027, at the Canton Fair Complex in Guangzhou. Hosted by the Guangzhou Coffee Industry Association and Guangdong Grandeur International Exhibition Group Co., Ltd., the expo is an international B2B platform dedicated to the entire café supply chain, from seed to cup. Its mission is to link the global coffee supply chain and empower a new café ecosystem.
The global coffee market is entering a golden era. According to the International Coffee Organization and industry research, the global market reached about US$144.8 billion in 2026 and is expected to exceed US$154 billion in 2027, with a compound annual growth rate of 6.32% from 2026 to 2035. Daily consumption exceeds 2 billion cups, and total consumption is expected to reach 175 million bags of 60 kg each. More than 70 producing countries and over 200 consuming countries form a global network with annual trade exceeding US$140 billion. Asia-Pacific is the fastest-growing engine, with average annual growth above 8%, while China’s coffee industry reached RMB 313.3 billion in 2024, growing at a compound annual rate of 17.14%.
The exhibition covers the complete café supply chain. Its scope includes green coffee, roasted and blended beans, freeze-dried, drip-bag, liquid, capsule and ready-to-drink coffee; syrups, dairy and plant-based milks, chocolate, spices and jams; commercial espresso machines, brewers, roasters, grinders, cold-brew equipment, ice machines and water systems; cold-chain cabinets, smart POS and self-ordering terminals, AI coffee robots, café furniture and lighting; paper cups, eco-friendly packaging and brand design; and cross-border logistics, certification, training, supply chain finance and OEM/ODM services.
The expo is jointly supported by the ICO and coffee associations from 19 countries, including the United States, Germany, Italy, the United Kingdom, Japan, South Korea, Brazil, Colombia, Ethiopia, Vietnam, India, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia and the UAE. Buyers are expected from more than 150 countries and regions. Using Grandeur’s global buyer database, the organizer will reach over 100,000 professional purchasers. The first 5,000 qualified international buyers will receive complimentary star-rated hotel accommodation. A 365-day metaverse showroom and online matchmaking platform will support year-round sourcing, while pre-scheduled one-on-one meetings help suppliers and buyers connect efficiently.
Concurrent events include the Global Coffee Supply Chain Leaders Summit, the “Golden Bean Award” International Coffee Supply Chain Innovation Competition, the Discovery Theater International Coffee Industry Forum, and the Global Buyers’ Night Dinner. The expo will run alongside the 2027 Grandeur Asia Vending & Smart Retail Expo and the Asia Beverage Industry Exhibition.
